These Terms of Service govern your use of the caila mobile application operated by Caila Ltd ("caila", "we", "us"), registered in Ireland.
You must be at least 13 years old to use caila. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
caila lets you share plans (Events, Happenings, Trips, Floats), connect with friends, discover overlapping plans, and explore public event listings through third-party integrations.
You own content you create. By posting, you grant caila a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content to users in accordance with your privacy settings.
You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that violates another person's rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Caila Plus is a premium subscription available through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms.
caila is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, caila's liability to you is capped at €100. This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the Irish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect via in-app notice or email.
